Ji58 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, and to carry out identity verification checks at the time of registration or at any point during your membership.

3. Account Rules and Responsibilities

Your ji58 account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your login credentials, whether or not you personally authorised that activity.

3.1 Login Security

Keep your username and password confidential at all times. Do not share your login details with anyone, including people you trust. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, contact ji58 support immediately at support@ji58.best and change your password without delay. Ji58 cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from you sharing your credentials or failing to keep them secure.

3.2 Account Information Updates

If your personal details change — mobile number, email address, or payment method — update your account profile promptly. Outdated information can delay withdrawal processing and may trigger security holds on your account. Ji58 is not liable for failed transactions or communication gaps caused by inaccurate player-provided information.

3.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. Ji58 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts after this period. Players will be notified by email before any fee is applied. Accounts can be reactivated at any time by logging in, at which point the dormancy fee will cease.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ji58 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). Ji58 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank Online, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards.

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the deposit page before you confirm a transaction.
• Deposits must come from a payment account that belongs to you. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be flagged for investigation.
• Ji58 does not charge processing fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposited funds credited to your ji58 balance are for gaming use only and do not accrue interest.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in your own name. Ji58 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

• Only your Real Money Balance — not Bonus Balance subject to pending wagering requirements — is available for withdrawal.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

Ji58 offers various promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, cashback credits, and limited-time game-specific promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific conditions stated in the individual promotion.

• Bonuses credited to your account form a separate Bonus Balance. This balance must meet the stated wagering requirement before any portion can be converted to withdrawable Real Money Balance.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount must be played through. For example, a ₱500 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must wager a total of ₱10,000 before the bonus converts.

6.1 Random Outcomes

All games on the ji58 platform that use a Random Number Generator (RNG) — including slots and virtual table games — produce outcomes determined by a certified RNG system. Ji58 does not influence or manipulate game outcomes in any way. Live Casino games use physical equipment operated by real dealers in licensed studios, and the outcomes of those games are equally beyond ji58's influence.

6.2 Malfunctions and Technical Errors

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ji58 platform. Violation of any of these may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

• Accessing ji58 using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to gain unfair advantage in games or exploit platform features.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through collusion with other players, exploiting software bugs, or any other fraudulent method.

• Opening or operating multiple accounts for any purpose, including to receive multiple welcome bonuses.
• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or verification.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, including using ji58 to process transactions for purposes other than personal gaming.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ji58 staff or other players through any communication channel.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ji58's total liability to any player arising from or related to their use of the platform shall be limited to the amount held in that player's verified Real Money Balance at the time the claim arises.

Ji58 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of enjoyment, or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to access the ji58 platform.

Ji58 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, and circumstances beyond our control — including but not limited to network outages, force majeure events, and third-party service failures — may temporarily affect platform availability. Ji58 will provide advance notice of planned maintenance where possible.

9. Privacy and Personal Data

Ji58 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By creating a ji58 account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

11. Account Closure and Termination

11.1 Closure by the Player

Before closure, any Real Money Balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be paid out to your verified payment method. Bonus Balance that has not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

11.2 Closure by ji58

Ji58 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account at any time if we determine, in our reasonable judgement, that the player has violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players. In cases of verified fraud or deliberate Terms violation, ji58 reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation.

Where an account is closed by ji58 for reasons unrelated to player misconduct — for example, a regulatory change that affects service availability in a region — any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

12. Changes to These Terms and Conditions

Ji58 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in the law, our services, or operational policies. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players via email at least 7 days before the changes take effect. The updated Terms will also be published on this page with a revised "last updated" date.

Continued use of the ji58 platform after a change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
